6. How do we agree timelines and start dates?
We provide a realistic programme aligned with your goals and any lease or seasonal considerations. Once agreed, we block that window for you and begin procurement in advance.

During the Project
7. Will I have a single point of contact?
Yes. You'll have a dedicated project lead and site manager, supported by a small, consistent team. We favour calm, proactive communication and are available by phone, WhatsApp, or in person as needed.

8. How do you ensure quality and detail are maintained?
Every trade is selected for its reliability and finish standards. We mock up key details on site, test samples before application, and photograph progress daily for review. Quality is non-negotiable.

9. What happens if something changes mid-project?
Changes are common—sometimes essential. We discuss them with you clearly, confirm revised costs or timing, and only proceed once you’re comfortable. There are no surprises.

10. How do payments work?
Payments are typically staged weekly or monthly based on progress, or tied to key project milestones. We issue clear valuations and always agree terms in writing before the first payment.

11. Can I visit the site or pause works during special events?
Of course. We welcome client walkthroughs and are happy to pause or adjust work around private events or business needs with reasonable notice. Flexibility is part of our culture.

12. What happens after completion?
We don’t walk away the moment the job ends. We offer a structured handover, professional cleaning, and a post-completion check-up. If anything arises, we’ll be back to make it right.
